Dear Friend,

It's a busy week in the movement for immigrant justice and NILC is playing a key role in two important fights.

Our attorneys were in court this morning to oppose the Trump administration's public charge regulation that will affect more than 26 million people. This is the latest step in our effort to fight back against this racially motivated wealth test that is already causing great harm to immigrant families across the country.

Today is also a big day for NILC's DACA team. We unveiled our "Home is Here" campaign [[link removed]], which includes a coalition of organizations working to amplify the voices of immigrant youth and their supporters and to ensure that the country knows what's at stake as our case and several others challenging Trump's unlawful termination of DACA go before the Supreme Court next month. We'll be hosting a Facebook Live on DACA renewals tomorrow -- watch it here: [link removed]

We're proud to be fighting alongside courageous leaders in our communities, in and out of the courtroom, to defend immigrant youth and their families. But we couldn't do this work without the support of activists like you, Friend.

Please join us by making a donation, to stand up against this administration's relentless and unlawful attacks on our communities. The public charge regulation and attempt to rescind DACA are part of this administration's effort to remake this country. We must show them that America continues to be the land of opportunity and that, regardless of where you were born, you should be able to thrive here.
