Since the start of our campaign to defeat the Republican recall, we’ve been spending money to invite people into our effort via online ads and a text messaging program.

Here’s some exceptional news about that effort:

For every $1 we’re spending we’re raising $2 to help Governor Newsom beat the Republican recall AND we’re identifying an additional 5 people who say they’ll vote to oppose the recall when they get their ballot.

Now we need to expand this program if we’re going to win. So we’re asking:

Can you contribute $10 or more so we can put that money to work raising $20 and finding another 50 people who will vote against the Republican recall?

While the leaders of the Republican recall rely on huge checks from the people like Mike Huckabee and the Republican National Committee, the overwhelming majority of our donations come from people contributing what they can when they can.

That means a lot to the governor, and we’re putting those donations to work in a smart way.
