Spring is in the air and COVID vaccines are in our bloodstreams!
We're hoping you've managed to get yours, as there's only so much we
can do for the working class from the comfort of our homes on zoom
calls. We're eager to get back into the world and build on all the
hard work we've done organizing online, but the safety of our comrades
must come first!
If you do feel safe enough to take our fight for a better world to
the streets, the next month will provide no shortage of opportunities
to do so - we're co-hosting
a protest against illegal evictions by DPD on
Saturday, April 10th at 12PM, plus we've got events for
Earth Day and May Day lined up. We
hope to see you at as many of these events as you can make it to.

Ecosocialists Will Be Bringing The Party on Earth Day and May
Day
The Ecosocialists Working Group will be joining an Earth
Day Event on Belle Isle, and they've teamed up with comrades
from our Labor and other Working Groups to form the PRO Act
Task Force, which is working hard to plan a huge May
Day Event and potentially continue work for the PRO Act
through the summer! If you'd like to learn more about how to get
involved with any of this, email [email protected] or
you can fill out the PRO
Act Task Force Interest Form.

Syndicate: The
Dream, "Dinner Roles" by Ken Jackson
Detroit DSA is a 1200+ member funded
organization. We receive no money from outside sources so we can say
things like "Defund the Police" and "Abolish ICE" without losing
funding, and we will always act democratically in the interests of our
members and the working class! If you're able to, we ask that you make monthly
contributions as they more directly benefit our chapter. Thank you for
whatever amount you're able to contribute!
If you're ready to join us in the fight for a
better world, go here: dsausa.org/join and then email your dues receipt to [email protected]
to get plugged
in!
