Here at Justice Democrats we believe wholeheartedly that in order for us to win congressional races in 2020 we need to run candidates who believe and will fight for solutions as big as the problems we’re facing; who owe nothing to the Democratic establishment; and who will run like there is nothing to lose.

It’s no secret that our Justice Democrat candidates are going to be outspent. That’s what happens when you refuse all corporate PAC donations — but we’ve got something more powerful than dark money warchests.

We have you. If we’re going to win this thing, we’re going to do it by organizing our communities using people-power. We can elect progressive champions to build our squad in the House, but we’re going to need to get started now in order to do it.

Retaking our democracy isn’t going to be easy — not only must we defeat Donald Trump, we must also fight back against middle-of-the-road centrism that is holding our Democratic Party back from being the best it can be. But if 2018 showed us anything, it’s that powerful ground operations combined with authentic, passionate progressive leaders can overcome even the worst odds.

Together, we can elect a new, diverse generation of leadership who will stand up for social, racial, economic, and environmental justice for all.
