Sen. Pat Toomey just said in an interview that Pennsylvania should "absolutely" adopt the same restrictive voter suppression law that was recently passed in Georgia. Sen. Toomey called it a "modest" measure, but there is absolutely nothing modest about preventing people from giving water to voters waiting in sweltering heat to exercise their constitutional right. Pennsylvania deserves better than Sen. Pat Toomey.

And this is just the beginning. Conservative groups are set to pour a staggering $10 million into pushing voter suppression laws in eight key swing states. All so they can silence millions of voices and manipulate elections in their favor.

The right to vote is under attack in our Commonwealth and country – which means our very democracy is under attack, too.
