Have you heard? May 1 is municipal election day for several cities across the state. 

Because every election -- big or small -- is important, we are running a get-out-the-vote campaign to help defeat two harmful ballot initiatives, and we need your help.

We invite you to join us in this campaign, starting with a special training session this coming Monday, April 12 @ 5:30 p.m. CDT.

In Austin, we are fighting Prop B, which threatens to undo all of the hard work done by the community to decriminalize homelessness and get people into homes. In Lubbock, we are fighting an unconstitutional attempt backed by anti-abortion extremists to ban access to the procedure within the city.
