Hello John,

I hope you are well.

To mark the arrival of spring and the end of what has been, for many of us, the hardest winter, the National Youth Health Programme has partnered with The Sanctuary to develop The Meditation Sessions to support
youth workers and those working with young people.

This a is month-long meditation programme designed to give you back a sense of wellbeing and balance, and renew your passion and energy for your work with young people.

Across the next four weeks, on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, you will be sent a short meditation via email. You can join in at a time that suits you, from your work space or the comfort of home.

There are four themes for the Meditation Sessions:
  • Week 1: Tend and Befriend
  • Week 2: Gratitude

  • Week 4: Reconnect
At the end of the four weeks, you will be invited to join a live meditation with The Sanctuary.

So why not join us on this journey, and sign up now?

If you have any questions about the sessions, please get in touch. We look forward to meditating with you!
