Wow! We are so happy to share another win with you -- this time on the national level. 

This morning, President Biden announced six initial actions to address the gun violence public health epidemic in America. 

1. The Justice Department will issue a proposed rule to help stop the proliferation of “ghost guns.” 
2. The Justice Department will issue a proposed rule to make clear that when a device marketed as a stabilizing brace (which effectively turns a pistol into a short-barreled rifle), it will be subject to the requirements of the National Firearms Act. 
3. The Justice Department will publish model extreme risk protection order (ERPO) legislation for states.
4. The Justice Department will issue an annual report on firearms trafficking, which hasn't been done in more than 20 years.  
5. The Administration will invest in evidence-based community violence interventions.
6. The President will nominate David Chipman to serve as Director of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, and Firearms.

We are excited about each and every one of these executive orders because we know they will make our citizens and communities safer.
