John,
We are seeing the will of the American people at work. This morning I sat in the White House rose garden and watched as President Biden announced his first actions to address the uniquely American gun violence epidemic.
I could not have been prouder to represent Brady as I sat with my friends Fred Guttenberg, Po Murray, and so many other gun violence survivors and activists who have been fighting for reform for decades. This is a monumental first step toward ending gun violence and saving lives.
President Biden’s executive actions – which include regulating deadly and untraceable “ghost guns” and nominating a director of the ATF – demonstrate his understanding that gun violence is a multifaceted issue that requires comprehensive solutions. And while the road ahead won’t be easy, we know that President Biden has taken on the NRA and the gun lobby before, and won. And if we stand united, we will again.
We must remain committed to this critical work and ensure that Congress follows President Biden’s bold leadership. If you’re with us, can you donate now to fund this movement as we continue to urge life-saving action to prevent gun violence?

I am so proud of the work we have done to get us to this historic moment, and we cannot stop fighting for change. Thank you for your commitment and perseverance.
Onward,
Kris Brown
Brady President
