Montana – Altria has spent more than $20,000 lobbying since the start of the legislative session. Reynolds has spent $71,000 on lobbying before the session and spent more than $12,000 during the session.

San Diego, California – A district court in California ruled against R.J. Reynolds in a lawsuit against the city’s flavored tobacco ordinance, stating it is not a product standard that could be preempted by federal law.
