Joe Biden just bypassed Congress to attack your Second Amendment rights!

Biden is targeting homemade and pistol-braced firearms. And he is calling on Congress and states to enact Red Flag gun confiscation orders.

Like a dictator, Biden is seeking to unilaterally regulate firearms that gun owners currently own. And he’s doing this via executive action—bypassing the constitutional requirements which give Congress the authority to pass legislation.

Joe Biden knows he cannot beat gun owners in Congress, so instead he’s abusing his executive authority—throwing the FULL WEIGHT of the federal bureaucracy behind his attack on gun owners.

Biden has ordered the Attorney General Merrick Garland to further regulate homemade guns and parts kits even without a new act of Congress. And he’s ordered a pistol-braced firearm ban—treating them as SBRs under the NFA—that is certain to result in the confiscation, destruction or coerced registration of millions of pistol AR-15’s and other legally-purchased pistols.

But Gun Owners of America has the “street cred” to beat the Biden administration at its own game.

In case you missed our exciting news from recent days, Gun Owners of America and our sister organization Gun Owners Foundation JUST WON our lawsuit to halt the implementation of the bump stock ban.

The legal precedent set by our victory will be INSTRUMENTAL in reigning in the administrative state and PREVENTING the ATF from implementing Biden’s gun control.
