I recently took my fourth annual walk across Connecticut. It’s my chance to hear from folks that I may not otherwise.

My job is to represent everyone, not just those that call or write to my office. It’s important for me to listen to people everywhere about what they want me to do be doing in Washington.

I want to hear from you today. Will you take my official mid-year issues survey? I’ll take a look at the results later this week.

The survey is short, and I keep the questions about the same. It helps me track how your opinions and attitudes change over time.

In January, the results showed that climate change and foreign policy were the top concerns. I’ll be curious to see how that may have changed with the presidential campaign underway and with different issues in the news from the last time I checked in.
