Mark Kelly is on the ballot again in 2022, and the Republican plan to defeat him is in full swing.

Arizona’s GOP is working to pass a law that threatens to purge an estimated 150,000 voters from the state’s Permanent Early Voting List. That means some voters who are expecting to receive a ballot will be left out of the process and may not vote at all.

Over 80% of Arizonans voted by mail or voted early in 2020. Biden won Arizona by just over 10,000 votes, making him the first Democrat since 1996 to win the state.
