Meet Republican Senator Ron Johnson.

He’s made it to the top of our Most Wanted List. His long history of denying climate change and standing in the way of tackling the climate crisis is a doozy.

Johnson has taken OVER HALF A MILLION DOLLARS from Big Oil and Big Gas during his time in the Senate, so it’s no wonder he publicly doubts climate change. He’s even gone as far as to deny climate change altogether saying, “I absolutely do not believe that the science of man-caused climate change is proven, not by any stretch of the imagination.”

Look, team, we don’t have to take this kind of science-denying, right-wing nonsense from a leading Republican Senator much longer. Johnson is up for reelection in Wisconsin, and we know this is a winnable race for a Democrat who will champion combatting the climate crisis.

But we need to need to start investing now to give Democrats a chance at flipping Johnson’s Senate seat and defeating Republicans like him across the country.
