Monday evening, we closed the books on our third quarter, and I am overwhelmed with the support that came through in the final days before the deadline.
Our grassroots team really showed up, and I appreciate you chipping in your hard-earned money towards our campaign as we work hard to protect affordable health care for millions of Americans.
It will take a united front to successfully defend critical programs like the Affordable Care Act and to defend the very core of our democracy in the coming months. Whether you contributed before our FEC deadline or signed a petition on an issue that you care about, I am grateful that you are a part of this team.
These are challenging times for our country. With a lot of chaos coming from the other Washington right now, it means so much to have such a strong and dedicated grassroots team at my side.
This October and in the months ahead, I will continue to live up to my oath of protecting the Constitution. And I will continue fighting for affordable health care, and our country’s best interests in the House, no matter what.
