Each of these courageous congresswomen is a history-maker — which means all three face unique electoral challenges and will need everyone in this dedicated community to step up as early as possible.

Rep. Sharice Davids (KS-03) is the only Native American woman Democrat in the House as well as the first openly LGBTQ+ Native American congressperson ever. This pro-choice champion is also the only Democrat in the entire congressional delegation from Kansas (a state Trump just won by almost 15 points). Her race will be tough, and her voice is needed in Congress now more than ever.

Rep. Haley Stevens (MI-11) is the first woman ever to represent her district in Congress. She's as strong a candidate as they come, but she won her race in 2020 by less than three points — Republicans are preparing to throw everything they've got against her again.

And Rep. Lauren Underwood (IL-14) is the youngest Black woman ever elected to Congress and a tireless advocate for her constituents. But her district could be trending in a redder direction — she won by five points in 2018 and by less than two points this last cycle.

We are honored to stand with such incredible women and historic members of Congress. But it's going to take early investments and hard work to re-elect vulnerable Democrats like Sharice, Haley, and Lauren to the House and protect our hard-earned majority.
