Ever since Donald Trump was declared the winner of the November 8, 2016 presidential election, leftists have been in a state of shock and dismay. Most people thought the vitriol would eventually subside, but instead it has grown exponentially. From the interminable Russia collusion investigation to the attempted take down of now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, the hysteria has been palpable. Now it's on to impeachment, based on absolutely no legal grounds. President Donald Trump Donald Trump is waging a nonstop, all-encompassing war against progressive culture, in magnitude analogous to what 19th-century Germans once called a Kulturkampf.
As a result, not even former President George W. Bush has incurred the degree of hatred from the left that is now directed at Trump. For most of his time in office, Trump, his family, his friends, and his businesses have been investigated, probed, dissected, and constantly attacked.
