Thanks to environmental justice advocates like you, The Healthy Environment for All (HEAL) Act [[link removed]] passed out of the House Appropriations Committee last week!

We need to keep up the momentum. Legislators have been hearing from polluters who are trying to chip away at key elements of the bill. We need environmental justice decision-making to be guided by communities most burdened by pollution, not corporate polluters.
