It’s been less than a month since Congress passed the historic American Rescue Plan, and it’s already making a huge difference — accelerating the vaccine rollout, creating jobs, and getting help to Americans who need it now. But we’re not done, not by a long shot, and Congress is already beginning to turn to the next phase of our progressive agenda with a bold plan to revitalize the nation’s human and physical infrastructure.
