We know this is going to be a top race. It was decided in 2020 by a razor-thin margin. Harley is the only Democrat to ever win the seat. And, now we're gearing towards a face-off between Michelle Steel and Harley once again.

And, the DCCC just confirmed what we knew to be true. They named CA-48 one of their top targets in 2022, meaning they know this seat is up for grabs, and they're willing to bring the fight to swing this seat blue.
