* The City of Ann Arbor is suspending spring tree planting in anticipation of 17-year cicada emergence [ [link removed] ]. The city also has online resources for the community.
* The community is invited to participate with Ann Arbor Natural Area Preservation [ [link removed] ] in the parks and nature areas this May. Events and volunteer opportunities include stewardship workdays to celebrate Arbor Day, International Migratory Bird Day and Huron River Day (all month long!), as well as the butterfly survey kickoff and much more.
