President Obama has called us to action to protect voting rights:

"We know [the recent] undemocratic attempts to codify voter suppression are no accident -- they are deliberate attempts to undermine our democracy.

But we can continue the work of the generations that came before us to secure the right to vote for every American. There is a clear path forward. We just have to be brave enough to go down that road."

Going down that road means passing the For the People Act, fighting voter suppression at the state level, and ending gerrymandering so that everyone's vote counts equally.

This is our mission at the NDRC.

Since 2017, the NDRC has executed a comprehensive redistricting strategy that shifts the redistricting power, creating fair districts where Democrats can compete. Our victories have been made possible by our strong community of grassroots supporters.
