[2]National Nurses United
For decades, corporate-lobbying groups have tried to stop healthcare
reform and buy off our politicians with millions of dollars in campaign
contributions and lobbying.
But we can force our politicians to choose a side and make the political
cost of accepting their dirty money greater than any campaign
contribution.
That’s why we’ve just re-launched the Patients Over Profits Pledge to call
on elected officials to reject donations from the healthcare corporations
and executives who are funding anti-Medicare for All efforts.
We need to show overwhelming support for this pledge and demand that our
leaders do their jobs and represent working families, not corporate
lobbyists.

Over Profits petition if you want your elected officials to take the
pledge and reject dirty money from corporate front groups like the
Partnership for America’s Health Care Future?

Every signature helps build our momentum so we can get as many elected
officials as possible to take the pledge from city council members to
senators.
A few weeks ago, we released a list of 21 districts whose members of
Congress are some of the top recipients of lobbying money from these
corporations. But no matter where you live, we need your help to get your
mayor, city council, state reps, and more to take the pledge.

[ [link removed] ]The first step is to sign the petition if you agree that politicians
must put patients before profits and reject all campaign donations from
corporate lobbyists who make billions from the status quo.
Stay tuned for more ways to get your elected officials to sign the
pledge.
