Actual trade-in credit will be based upon evaluation of quality and condition of the device on receipt. Trade-in credit will be applied to your CREDO bill within 60 days of receipt of your eligible trade-in device. 30-day return policy: You may return your device undamaged per our return policy within 30 days of the order date. You are still responsible for any monthly service fees and charges you incur during that time.
