John, this is urgent: The Atlanta spa shooter bought his gun the same day he murdered eight people. He was able to walk into a store and purchase a deadly weapon to commit white supremacist violence — no waiting period, no questions asked.

Let's be absolutely clear about what happened here: The gunman targeted women and people of Asian descent. And our nation's lax gun laws allowed it to happen.
