FIRST: President Donald Trump withheld funds from the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) to try and stop people from voting by mail in the November election.
AT THE SAME TIME: Postmaster General Louis DeJoy cut postal workers' hours and deliberately tried to slow down mail delivery.
NOW: DeJoy just announced a new ten-year plan that includes longer mail delivery times, cuts to post office hours, and higher postage rates. This is unacceptable.
