Our democratic system is under attack, friend.

At this very moment, GOP-led state legislatures across the country are working to pass bills that would dramatically restrict voting access for millions of Americans. These bills contain dangerous provisions that would curb access to vote-by-mail, limit early voting days, and a whole host of other anti-democratic, racist, and ableist measures meant to keep Republicans in power for decades to come.

One sure way to stop these bills from becoming law across the country is passing the For the People Act in the Senate. The For the People Act would end partisan gerrymandering, implement automatic voter registration nationwide, and include many other provisions aimed at expanding -- not reducing -- democratic access.

Friend, we have to work together to pass this important piece of legislation. But the Senate filibuster could prevent this crucial bill from ever even receiving a vote. Join us in demanding not just the passage of the For the People Act, but the abolition of the most harmful thing in the Senate to democracy, the filibuster.

Here’s how:

→ Call your senators and demand they vote yes on the For the People Act when it comes to the floor:

→ Help spread the word about how the filibuster stalls progress by watching and sharing Fix Our Senate’s latest video:

→ Use Indivisible’s tool to record a video letting your members of Congress know that democracy reform through the For the People Act is important to you:

Thanks for fighting alongside us to give a voice to all.

In solidarity --
