Great news! We just added more incredible presenters to The National Iftar on April 22nd at 7:00pm ET. In addition to a robust conversation with our co-hosts — Reps. André Carson, Ilhan Omar and Rashida Tlaib — this very special virtual event will feature:

• Dr. Omid Safi: Iranian-American Professor of Asian and Middle Eastern Studies at Duke University and former Director of the Duke Islamic Studies Center will offer a thought-provoking reflection on the significance of Ramadan.
   
• The Reminders and Naïmah: the two popular, rising Muslim artists will give heartfelt performances to inspire attendees of all ages.
   
• Super Bowl champion Ryan Harris, comedian Zainab Johnson, Florida State Rep. Christopher Benjamin, “Islam’s Biggest Rockstar” Sami Yusuf and esteemed film and television director Adam McKay will share personal stories and other inspiring Ramadan greetings.
