Happy Easter! I hope you and your families are having a safe and healthy holiday weekend.

This time last year, we had no idea the kind of year we were facing. With endless uncertainty about the pandemic and no clear solution in sight, there’s no doubt it was an Easter unlike any other.

This year, things are a little different. We’ve delivered stimulus payments directly into Americans’ pockets. We are vaccinating millions of people every single day. And importantly, we have strong leaders guiding us through this crisis.

The past year has been challenging — and we still have a ways to go before we’re in the clear — but with focused effort, and by uniting as a country, we will make it out of this.

Easter is a celebration of new life and new beginnings. And that has never resonated more than it does this year.
