This grassroots team made history in the 2020 elections: With record-breaking voter turnout, we were able to flip Georgia blue and take back the White House and Senate for Democrats. But now, Republicans in Georgia and across the country are waging an all-out assault on our voting rights to stop us from winning the next election. Just last week, Georgia's GOP governor signed into law a bill that restricts absentee voting, imposes harsh voter ID rules and even bans people from handing out food or water in long poll lines.

It's immoral. It's anti-democratic. It’s Jim Crow in new clothes – and we must fight back immediately.

That's why I asked my team to pull a list of our top supporters – those who are most likely to have the critical insights we need to defend our right to vote and keep Georgia blue – and your name is on that list, friend.

This is alarming: Republican lawmakers across the country are trying to ram through more than 360 new voter suppression bills that will make it harder for people to vote. Experts are calling these voter suppression bills the most coordinated attack on our right to vote since Jim Crow.

Because the thing about these bogus measures isn't just that they're trying to shut Democrats out of office – it's that they are specifically targeting Black voters and other voters of color.

I'm doing everything in my power to stop these racist, anti-democratic attacks on our voting rights, but it won't be easy – and I can't do it alone. That's why I'm asking for your help.
