Michael Beaudet
I got my start in politics by volunteering with the Beto 2018 Senate race in Texas. Since then, I have also worked on the coordinated campaign in Virginia, for Pete Buttigieg, and to help the Jon Ossoff campaign expand their community mobilization program and flip the Senate!!
I get asked a lot why I wanted to work for Jennifer. Here’s why: I have lived in the urban South, the rural Midwest, and the urban Mid-Atlantic over the last few years. Everywhere I have lived has demonstrated the affordable housing crisis that Americans are facing. Jennifer's experience supporting the wrongfully evicted and her work to pass legislation banning landlords from discriminating against tenants demonstrates her commitment to this issue. With Jennifer as Governor, rent-burdened Virginians will have a proven advocate in the Governor's Mansion.
Jackson Miller
I most recently organized for Dr. Cameron Webb in Virginia’s 5th Congressional District and Delegate Candi Mundon King. When you see me on the trail for Jennifer, I will be the one grazing on trail-mix with coffee and hand sanitizer within reach.
I am so proud to organize for Jennifer Carroll Foy because she is battle-tested and beyond ready to lead our Commonwealth through crisis and to build a Virginia that truly works for all. She’s fought for us her whole life. Let’s fight for her.
Lauren Kerner
I’m so excited to meet you all! Most recently, I was organizing all over the country for President Joe Biden. I hold a BA in History from UC Irvine and a Master of Science in Modern Middle Eastern Studies from Oxford.
I believe that the power of people-centered organizing will build the movement to elect Jennifer Carroll Foy, a leader who is more than ready to meet this moment and deliver equitable and sustainable solutions to the biggest challenges facing Virginians while moving the Commonwealth forward, not back. I’m so happy to be here!

I’ve organized in Ohio, Montana, and Georgia -- and I’m excited to add Virginia to the list!
I believe Jennifer is a bold, progressive candidate who knows how to get things done and is building the grassroots movement to deliver real change in Virginia. It's time someone who has walked in our shoes and has fought for those who cannot fight for themselves became our next governor!

My name is Kenya James! I worked previously as a Regional Organizing Director for the Alabama Democratic Party. I am also the Youth Minister at my home church in Montgomery, Alabama.
I supported Jennifer in 2017 when she ran as a Delegate. She was captivating and I identified with her in so many ways. As a wife, as a public servant, and as a Black woman, she shows strength, valor, and determination that pushes me to break barriers. I’m super excited to work with the campaign and with all of you so that we can help Jennifer make pivotal change in the Commonwealth.

Jennifer Carroll Foy was born and raised in Petersburg. In 2017, she flipped a Republican district as a first-time candidate pregnant with twins. During her time as Delegate, Jennifer championed the ratification of the Equal Rights Amendment, helped expand Medicaid to 400,000 Virginians, and advocated for the Commonwealth’s most vulnerable communities.
She has a career of public service and it started long before 2017. As a public defender, Jennifer helped give a voice to the often voiceless — children, people suffering from addiction, those experiencing homelessness, those with mental illness, and the poor.
Now she’s running to be the first woman elected Governor of Virginia and serve as the first Black woman to be governor nationwide.
