Don’t forget the 350 Fairfax general meeting on Thursday, October 3, at 7:30 pm! This is what’s on the agenda:

Learn: We’ll have a couple of our Plastic Free partners on hand to talk about successes from 2018 and plans for 2019. They’ll also help us answer your questions about reducing your reliance on single-use plastic.
Discuss: It’s time to talk Plastic Free! We’ll chat about the Plastic Free Challenge and our waste-free restaurant campaign, Earth Friendly Fairfax. We’ve also got updates on our Drawdown Working Group, next steps for Fossil Free Fairfax, and our work with the NOVA Climate Coalition.
Act: Commit to helping us spread the word about the Plastic Free Challenge. And do you have something that needs fixing? Save the date for two local repair cafes on October 26 and November 2.

What: 350 Fairfax General Meeting

When: Thursday, October 3, 7:30 pm

Where: Blueberry Hill Common House, 9701 Farmside Place, Vienna, VA 22182

Directions: From Route 7, take Beulah Road heading south. Turn right on Maymont Drive. Take the second right on Newcombs Farm Road. The Common House is the first house you see, across the traffic circle at the end of Newcombs Farm Road. There will be signs posted about where to park.
