I’m Brittani, the Digital Fundraising Director at the Democratic Governors Association. My job is to make sure we hit our grassroots fundraising goals so that we can flip red states blue and win big elections (and thanks to folks like you we just had our biggest Q1 EVER!).


And our work is just getting started.


In 2021 and 2022, we have 38 opportunities to elect Democratic governors and deliver historic victories in battleground states nationwide. And with primaries in Virginia and New Jersey just months away and 2022 races already heating up, we need to start making BIG decisions on how to allocate our resources.


We have a strategy meeting to set our priorities first thing Monday morning and I want to prepare feedback from our top supporters, but first, I need to hear from you. Will you help set our strategy to elect Democrats nationwide by taking our short priorities survey?

Team, building grassroots-powered campaigns has never been more important. Across the country, Republican governors and state legislatures are increasing their attacks on voting rights in an attempt to solidify their power in the states and silence millions of voters. They know we’re about to send a wave of Democrats to governors’ offices over the next two years. And that’s why conservatives have already dumped $10 MILLION into pushing voter suppression laws in critical battleground states we’ll be competing in.


If we don’t establish a coalition of fired-up Democrats, the GOP’s eight-figure spending and drastic voter suppression could drown out the voices of everyday Americans. So I need your help in building a winning strategy for every governor’s race – and that means focusing on what matters to top Democrats like you, Team.
