I wanted to pause for a moment and thank you for your support this past month and for being a part of this team.

We just wrapped up our first FEC fundraising deadline of 2021 — and my team still has to double-check all of the numbers — but from our initial count, I think our results are going to be great.

And that’s important for two reasons: one, because we aren’t taking a dime of corporate PAC money. And two, because this money will give us the resources to respond to attacks like the negative ads that are already being run against us.

The months ahead are going to be critical for building up this team so we can prepare for the tough fights ahead. National Republicans think they can flip this seat in 2022, so it’s going to take an even bigger and more energetic team to hold this seat.

And the good news is, there’s still a lot of ways you can be involved. Whether you are donating or sharing our social media posts — every action you take supports this ongoing mission for our shared values. And I want you to know that I’m extremely grateful for everything you do.

I look forward to what’s next knowing that I have you all by my side, it really makes all of the difference.
