There are only a few days until Election Day on Tuesday, April 6 – make sure you bring a photo ID when you vote!

As the beloved voting rights champion John Lewis said in a 2019 speech, "I have said this before, and I will say it again. The vote is precious. It is almost sacred. It is the most powerful non-violent tool we have in a democracy."

I couldn’t have said it better myself – our vote is precious and every vote matters. Use your voice in the upcoming spring election to elect pro-conservation and pro-voter champions who will advocate for policies that protect our planet and our right to vote.

There is no better time to be engaged than right now. If you’re not sure who to vote for, check out our list of endorsed candidates [[link removed]].

Make a plan to vote! You can find all the voting information you need on our sister organization Wisconsin Conservation Voices’ website here [[link removed]].

You can vote in person on Election Day on Tuesday, April 6. Make sure you bring a valid photo ID and know where your polling place is [[link removed]]. All polling locations are open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Check to see if you’re registered to vote here [[link removed]]. If you’re not registered, you can register in person when you vote. Just make sure you bring a proof of residence document for your registration and a valid photo ID to vote.

If you already have an absentee ballot, you can drop it off in a secure dropbox or your clerk's office. Absentee ballots must be received by 8 p.m. on Election Day on Tuesday, April 6. Contact your clerk for more information [[link removed]].

Need help on voting day? Call the nonpartisan Voter Helpline for one-on-one assistance at 1-866-OUR-VOTE.

We want to see your voting stickers! If you vote in person and get an “I voted” sticker, post a selfie on our Facebook [[link removed]] or Twitter [[link removed]] page.

If you have further questions please contact us at [email protected].

Thank you for being an engaged conservation voter,
