YP4 is a social justice incubator. We provide life-long social justice leadership training to unlock the potential of young people historically left out of opportunity. We are a national network that centers black, brown, indigenous, disabled, and LGBTQ+ leaders in education, media, politics, business, government, and everywhere. Throughout this one-year Fellowship, Fellows are offered training and resources as they implement a self-designed community action plan called a Blueprint for Social Justice.

Help us recruit some awesome folks by taking at least one of the following actions:

- Send an email to your network announcing the Fellowship Application.
- Post the application on your social media.
- Partner with us on a recruitment event. We'd love to talk to the folks in your network about YP4 and encourage them to apply - whether it be an online info session for your network or inviting us to come table at your organization or campus. Let us know!
