The 2022 midterm elections are coming at an incredibly crucial time in American History. We must hit the ground running to make sure Kansas keeps Democrats in office.

In past years, it’s been common for governorships to switch Party hands during midterm elections, and only one state Biden lost has a Democratic governor to defend: Kansas.

This is an incredibly crucial time for Governor Laura Kelly. The Kansas governor’s seat is being eyed by Republicans like Derek Schmidt and Jeff Colyer. Electing either of them would come with disastrous ramifications. Democrats across Kansas must organize to keep Governor Kelly in office so she can continue her progress of making Kansas a safer and more equitable place. 

 

 

We must work hard to keep Democrats like Laura Kelly in office. Kansas needs leaders who will continue to put the needs of the people first. The last thing we need is more obstruction from Republican leaders acting solely in their own self interest.
