We did it, John!

Our campaign’s Q1 fundraising numbers are public, and I want to say THANK
YOU SO MUCH for your support before last night’s FEC
deadline!!!

Boom. Check it out:

✅ Nearly $4 million raised in Q1
✅ Over 90,000 grassroots donors
✅ Over 140,000 donations
✅ And March was our best month yet

Your support means the world to Gisele and me,
John. We met our ambitious fundraising goal,
and reallllly knocked it out of the park. From the bottom of our hearts,
thank you so much for making us a *true* grassroots-powered campaign. 😭



Look, what we’re building together is special, and it’s gonna be big. All
67 counties in Pennsylvania. Every vote matters. No one taken for granted.

As we head into Q2, I renew my promise to you that I’ll always say what I
believe to be true. Always have. I’ve fought for the same things for the
last 20 years, as Mayor of Braddock + now as Lieutenant Governor. I
haven’t had to ‘evolve’ over time on the issues.

When PA state law banned marriage equality, I officiated one of the first
gay marriages in the commonwealth. When Braddock was overlooked + counted
out, I made sure our community was heard. And every time the Pennsylvania
GOP sends the flag police to take down my weed + pride flags from the
state capitol, I put them back up.

I’m so proud of how much our campaign has grown since we launched earlier
this year. You’re a huge part of that,
John. We’re only <checks notes> three months
in, yet we’re already raising millions of dollars, making history, and
reaching all 67 counties in Pennsylvania — and we’re *just* getting
started.
