I just got off the phone with Lexie, my finance director, and she gave me her final March fundraising update. I wanted to make sure you were one of the first to know that we not only hit our March fundraising goal, we surpassed it!

Now that we officially have opponents in the ring, the stakes in our race have never been higher. When we needed help to push our fundraising numbers over the top, this grassroots team showed up in a big way. And I just wanted to take a moment to say: Thank you, John.

As we continue this campaign and more opponents announce their candidacy, our early fundraising numbers will become even more important. The earlier we know what we can invest in our voter outreach efforts, the more Kansans we can reach. Whether we're meeting with them through virtual events, at socially-distant events, or through our emails, your support keeps the wheels turning.

We outdid ourselves last month, but we can't slow down now. Kansas Republicans are ready to take back the governor's office and you're our first line of defense.
