Travel update in Nottingham 1 April - 9 April
Have a safe Easter weekend
2021 is flying by as we approach Easter this weekend - we hope you have an egg-cellent long weekend.
The 'stay at home' rule has ended but many restrictions remain, including minimising the number of journeys we make and avoiding peak travel hours on public transport.
Why not spend your Easter weekend on a cycling adventure around our award-winning Green Flag parks looking for the Easter bunny, or a family stroll down the canal following the route round to Victoria Embankment.
Walking and cycling
Active travel consultation closing soon
Our consultations into various proposals to encourage walking and cycling across the city is under way. We've extended the deadline over the Easter weekend, so make sure you let us know your views. The majority of consultations will close at the end of the day on Monday 5 April, with some additional school streets schemes running until 9 April.
Don't miss out, have your say.
