Everytown for Gun Safety has launched its first ad of the "More Than Thoughts and Prayers" campaign -- the massive effort to urge the Senate to pass life-saving background check legislation.

After so many of you stepped up to show your support for gun safety, we wanted to make sure you saw the ad.

In the coming weeks and months, gun safety advocates will run additional TV and digital ads, mobilize grassroots efforts on behalf of the more than 90% of Americans who support background checks for gun purchases, and move the Senate to pass real gun safety measures.
