In recent weeks, AAPI representation has become more vital than ever.

With increased national attention on anti-Asian hate crimes and the ongoing legacy of discrimination against the AAPI community, we now have an opportunity to create real change. That's why we wanted to check in and ask which issues matter to you the most right now.

Currently, only 3% of members of Congress are members of the AAPI community -- and there have only been 8 Asian senators in all of our country's history. Our goal is to increase that number and ensure Asian Americans finally have the representation in our government they deserve. To do that, we need to make sure we have the most up-to-date information on the issues that voters like you want their candidates to prioritize.

It's clearer now than ever before that more AAPI Americans need to be making our laws and representing their communities. That's why we need to know what's on voters' minds -- so we can make sure that AAPI candidates run the best campaigns they can.
