Join Londyn Marshall and Amanda Trump to learn about a day-in-the-life of a finance director. They’ll share tips to break into finance, what it’s like to have the role, and what they wished they had known before they got started.
Londyn is an Arena Academy graduate and currently the National Finance Director for Virginia gubernatorial candidate Jennifer Carroll Foy. Amanda is the Deputy Political Director at the Democratic Attorneys General Association (DAGA) and is involved in hiring finance staff for all of DAGA’s campaigns.

Join Naomi Rutagarama and J.D. Bryant to learn about a day-in-the-life of a digital strategist in politics. They’ll share tips to break into digital, what it’s like to work in digital, and what they wished they had known before they got started.
As Digital Director for the Democratic Party of Georgia, Naomi directed the day-to-day content production of statewide digital communications for the general election and Senate runoff election in Georgia. J.D. has nearly a decade of experience in political digital advertising. He is currently a Senior Director at Bully Pulpit Interactive (BPI) and, most recently, led BPI’s work with Joe Biden's Presidential campaign mobilizing swing state voters using cutting-edge digital advertising strategy and tactics.

Join Dorothy Scheeline from End Citizens United for an introduction to political research. From oppo research to paid communications, research roles play a critical role in crafting the communications, digital, organizing, and overall campaign strategy. The training is a great fit for anyone interested in research roles on campaigns or looking to understand the basics of campaign research writing.

Join Kunoor Ojha and Eden Alem to learn about a day-in-the-life of an organizer in politics. They’ll share tips to break into organizing, what it’s like to have the role, and what they wished they had known before they got started.
Kunoor Ojha is the Chief of Staff of the Green New Deal Network, a coalition of 15 national organizations working to advance policy solutions to the intersecting crises of climate catastrophe, racial injustice, and economic inequality. Eden is an Arena Academy grad. She was a Field Organizer for Elizabeth Warren's presidential campaign in Nevada and Colorado and became a Regional Field Director for the Michigan Coordinated Campaign. Her current righteous fight is working as a Press Assistant for Jennifer Carroll Foy's Gubernatorial campaign.

Join Greg Jackson and Emily Dean-McKinney for a conversation about the ins and outs of campaigning from cycle to cycle. They’ll dive into how to make it work in an industry where jobs ebb and flow. They’ll cover topics like how to think about personal finances and health care to what to say to your family in November when you’re inevitably between jobs.
Greg currently serves as National Advocacy Director of Community Justice Action Fund. Emily Dean-McKinney is the Early Vote and GOTV Director for Jennifer Carroll Foy in Virginia and most recently was GOTV Director for the Georgia Senate runoffs.
