Join the next WFP Assembly this Sunday to discuss climate change, the Philadelphia City Council election, and more!

John —

Join us this Sunday, October 6th at 8pm ET/5pm PT for an extra special Working Families Party Assembly.

Millions took to the streets last week during the Global Climate Strike and showed our collective power. At this Assembly we will focus on the growing threat of climate change and what we can do together to fight back. Joining us at the meeting will be Varshini Prakash, co-founder of the Sunrise Movement, the youth-led movement that has led the charge for the Green New Deal in Congress.

We will also be joined by Kendra Brooks and Nicolas O’Rourke, Philadelphia WFP City Council Candidates who are running on the Working Families Party ballot line in order to kick out the Republican Party on the Council. We’ll hear from the candidates, learn more about why this election is so critical to achieving progressive political power, and discuss how you can get involved.

RSVP for the next WFP Assembly this Sunday, October 6th at 8pm ET/5pm PT. All you need to join the virtual gathering is your phone or computer.
