Doors at 6:00 PM, Meeting from 6:30 pm - 8:00 pm.
Our Keynote Speaker will be former State Senator Konni Burton. Mrs. Burton will be speaking on the issues with today's media coverage and the impact this has on our candidates, political issues, and elections.
Konni Burton is Founder and CEO of The Texan, a statewide news outlet focused on the stories that matter most to Texans and their pocketbook. Previously, she was a grassroots activist who worked on numerous campaigns for local, state and federal races. Konni then went on to run for office and was elected in 2014 to serve Tarrant County’s Senate District 10 in Austin. Her experience as a grassroots activist, elected official, and taxpaying citizen provides a unique and valuable perspective on the political landscape in Texas.
The Republican Party of Navarro County will also be at the 15th Annual Kerens Cotton Harvest Festival. Make sure to come out and see “Victor” and visit our booth on October 19th in downtown Kerens. We will have Deputy Voter Registrars on hand to register anyone who is not currently registered to vote!

If you are interested in running for a Navarro County Republican Party Precinct Chairman position or would like to continue serving, you have from September 10th to December 9th to file for office. You can request a filing form by emailing [email protected] and it will be emailed to you.
Current Precincts Vacant are 105, 201, 202, 204, 206, 301, 304, and 306.
Precinct Chairman are vital to the overall composition of each County Republican Party! Becoming a Precinct Chair is more than just a title within the County Party, it is a vital position that helps grow the Party, becomes an outlet for conservative information, identifies and registers potential voters, sits on the County Executive Committee, and so much more. If you are one of our many great Republicans across Navarro County and would like to be more involved, WE WANT YOU!!!

Elected County Office
If you are interested in running for a county office in the Republican Primary, filing will be from November 9th to December 9th at 6 PM. Before you make any preliminary expenses, file your Appointment of Treasurer form with the Elections Administrator. See the link below for additional resources:
Election Signup Luncheon – The Republican Party of Navarro County will host a BBQ style lunch at the Republican Party of Navarro County Headquarters on November 9th for all of those wishing to file for re-election or election in the 2020 Republican Primary. The Luncheon will be from 11:00 AM – 1:00 PM on the 9th. If you are planning to file, please let us know if you can make the luncheon on the November 9th. We will have a notary public on site for any forms that need to be notarized.
All other signups will be done by appointment with the RPNC.
