I am writing today to ask for your help for my good friend, Maricopa County Supervisor Bill Gates. He is facing a recall effort by a group of activists who refuse to accept the results of the 2020 Presidential Election.

For those of you who don’t know Bill, he is a bright, rising star in the Republican Party. He is a Harvard Law graduate who serves as Associate General Counsel/Director of Distribution for the local golf manufacturer PING, he served on the Phoenix City Council from 2009-2016, and he has served on the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for my district since 2016.

Bill is a thoughtful, pragmatic, and dynamic leader who serves his constituents with distinction. He doesn’t seek the limelight, rather he is a workhorse who gets things done in Maricopa County and the State of Arizona. He is a steady and responsible leader who I trust to do the right thing.

Bill is a good friend and he has proven time and time again that he is someone who deserves my support.

A recall effort has been filed against him for no other reason than a group of radicals do not like the results of the 2020 General Election. These individuals somehow believe they can change the results of the election by recalling members of the Board of Supervisors, like Bill. These individuals have shown that they will say and do anything to achieve their objectives. We cannot let this stand.
