John,
Have you ever considered just how incredible Loons are? Or Beavers?
These are two of my favorite species that are common in the Boundary Waters. As a birder, I appreciate the intricate beauty of the loon - Minnesota’s state bird - as well as its distinct call that can be heard echoing across the lakes of canoe country.

The Boundary Waters is a vast habitat for loons, as well as many other birds. Will you help protect it for these magnificent creatures by making a gift today?
My second favorite Boundary Waters critter, the Beaver, has the largest singular impact on the ecosystem of any other mammal. Beavers fell trees, build dams, and change waterways, and benefit other species in the process.

Today is the last day to triple your impact for the Boundary Waters and for all of the species that call it home. These matching funds come in part from me along with the rest of the Campaign’s board of directors.
Will you join us? Make a contribution today - [link removed] - to take advantage of this incredible opportunity to triple your dollars.
Happy ice out!
