New DeVos lawsuit for AFT members seeking continuing education

AFT is exploring legal action on behalf of its members that are looking to obtain an additional credential and who have not been able to access critical program outcomes information (such as graduates’ average debt load and earnings information) due to Secretary DeVos’s repeal of the Gainful Employment rule.
