John,
Spring is in full swing across Indiana and it’s almost time to turn the calendar to April!
This past month has been full of groundbreaking events, announcements, and victories that have led to Indiana taking major strides forward. And we're ending March strong with ALL Hoosiers 16+ are now eligible to receive the COVID-19 vaccine!
We want to take a moment to highlight all the major wins for Indiana before we close the book on March 2021.
MARCH 2 –– Governor Holcomb announces partnerships with the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Ivy Tech Community College, and the University of Notre Dame to create Indiana’s first mass vaccination clinics.

MARCH 16 –– Holli Sullivan is sworn in as Indiana’s 62nd Secretary of State.
MARCH 17 –– Governor Holcomb announces that those 45+ will be eligible to receive the vaccine.
MARCH 18 –– New Castle High School wins our Hoosier High School March Madness contest to find the best high school basketball gym in Indiana. The NCAA tournament tips-off, putting Indiana front and center on the national stage as we host every game of March Madness.
MARCH 20 –– Governor Holcomb announces an expansion in vaccine eligibility for those 40 and older.
MARCH 23 –– Governor Holcomb delivers his statewide address, announcing that statewide mandates for masks, capacity limits, and business restrictions will end and everyone 16+ will be eligible for the vaccine starting today.
