Dear John,
"Education is useless without the Bible."
That's what Noah Webster, the lexicographer known as the "Father of American Scholarship and Education," once said.
Times have changed!
Not only has our society strayed from the Bible's influence in American education, but there is also a growing radical agenda to reject any notion of biblical values and morality when it comes to teaching America's children.
This indoctrination and rejection of Judeo-Christian principles are spreading throughout our country and are even being pushed through by state governments.
In Oregon, legislation was passed mandating that children in grades K-12 be exposed to LGBT content in all subjects: civics, economics, geography, government, and history -- with no available opt-out. According to the Family Policy Alliance, "teachers will be forced to teach radical identity politics in the classroom, whether or not it has anything to do with the subject taught."
We must speak out!
No student or teacher has to abandon their First Amendment rights just because they attend a public school.
When you support Family Research Council, your vital gifts help us to inform parents, students, teachers, and administrators about their constitutional rights, including the freedom to pray, to bring a Bible to school, and to share their faith.

Oregon's K-12 curriculum politicizes history and other subjects in the classroom. According to the summary of House Bill 2023, the "roles and contributions" of historical figures would be highlighted for their sexual and gender identities rather than their American history accomplishments.
We cannot retreat any longer! The very foundations of our country's history are being threatened by liberal extremism in our schools.
Activist courts may have forced our schools to reject the Bible, but as followers of Christ, we must defend biblical values in the public square.
Join us as we fight to take back our schools!
Your tax-deductible gift helps FRC present expert research and testimony at the federal, state, and local level on how the policies of the radical Left harm students.
Together we can make our voiced heard and protect the constitutional rights of every student!
